Those who are saying that there are ample of corruption in army are correct. But you can not compare it to the sacrifice they make for us. Those who are corrupt, are not patriotic and purposely join army (on family lineage) to carry on the tradition of corruption.
But like Sehgal, I had qualified NDA and appeared in SSB. Was left out in last round, partly because of my non-army background. If given the opportunity, I would love to join the Indian Army even now.
