I have a rather weird suggestion. Make anybody wanting to be a politician (whether by inheritance ( which seems to be a norm in India) Or to stand for election to have compulsorily served in armed forces especially in border area, for minimum period of two years. This like what we suggest for doctors for rural service. I would like have a feed back form other in the forum
