whether its covert support or open support, it is not worthwhile.
Its a known fact that all terrorist organisations are closely knit for channeling of the black money or arms smuggling etc. And these outfits inspire each other, be it LTTE, Al Qaida or LeT or HUJI.
As a responsible country, we should not support any kind of separatists in our neighbouring countries. If we do that, we will be hit back. If today we support LTTE, tomorrow Sri Lankan govt can finance some other terrorist outfits in J&K through Pakistan. We can't complain then.
Thats why SL keeps good relations with Pakistan even though they have very little in common.
Its time that our Foreign Ministers realise these facts & keep neighbours at arms length but in a peaceful engagement.
If Tamils have problem with SL Govt, they should sort out with them peacefully & amicably.
There have been some atrocities on SL Tamils which has led to today's situation but violence will never provide any solutions.
History proves it. Israel-Palestine is an eye-opener for the world.
