This situation is very similar to the Film "Flood" where the rising sea waters will make River Thames to swell and break an embankment and flood unknown areas..... Beautifully made picture and today we see that happening in real life and it looks very ugly .... Do we have answers to the lives of Millions of people or will we all end up lives in only worrying about power struggle..... Just imagine the spite of those 2 million Biharis.... Yet many of us just read the news and get on with life.... In India we know the pain only when something hits our own kith and kin.....
