The problem lies with the people of Bihar as well. Why do you elect rotten politi- cians from your state, who, you know, care a damn about the people of Bihar and want to make only a fast buck ? Indian states should insist on a right torecall their MLAs/MPs say after 2/3 years, if they do not perform in Parliament or local legislative assemblies by showing measurable development improvements of their constituencies. It is high time, the people of India fought for electoral reforms. Right now, the only goal an MLA/ MP has, is how much illegal money can I make before my current 5 year term ends or the police arrest me ?
