Wow..the Politicians must be ejaculating with pleasure at the Rupees One thousand and ten crore "relief" announced by the Prime Minister. They must be licking thier lips at the juicy amounts that is going to go into their pocket. Mr.Prime Minister before announcing this package did you bother to check whether there is any honest mechanism in Bihar to distirbute this amount to the poor in a honest and systematic manner. I pray to God that atleast a fraction of this amount goes to the really need in Bihar.....ram
