Chinese are indirectly responsible for spread of terror globally. Its 'all weather friend' Pakistan is the global epi-centre of terrorism now. By providing nukes to Pak, the Chinese have ensured our inability to tackle terrorism effectively.
China expects cooperation from all but extends cooperation to a few, who mostly hurt others, eg. Pak, Sudan etc. In case a terror attack happens during the Olympics, whom will the Chinese blame for it?
Mr. Raman is paid for his advice so he may say 'We are all Chinese today'. I am not willing to share his feelings in this regard till China does its bit to denuke Pak. Believe me, thats the only way to control terrorism globally.
