dear aoneall, let me tell u dat ambedkar was no angel,he was nothing but a cunning politician who conspired with d british to kill gandhiji,became a minister in the british govt and opposed the freedom movement tooth and nail.HE WAS AGAINST GRANTING OF INDEPENDENCE TO INDIA AND REPEATEDLY PETITIONED THE THEN VICEROY NOT TO DO SO.There is not one single solitary instance where he supported the freedom movement in any form.If u want proof read the fourteen volumes of"Babasaheb Ambedkar:Speeches and Writings" published by the Maharashtra govt and sold at subsidised rates.THE FACTS ARE INDISPUTABLE IN THESE AS A PROPER RECORD IS AVAILABLE OF THESE SPEECHES AS WELL.I also recommend the very illuminating book by Arun Shourie"Worshipping False Gods" where he exposes the real Ambedkar in front of the world.
