Before the Indian economy was liberalised (of course under the aegis of Congress govt. in 1991-92), India did not offer so much opportunity to its citizens as we have now. At that time when we used to see development taking place outside India, we used to take consolation by talking about our 5000 year old culture. Today we have people returning from abroad to be part of India's march to glory, the whole world is looking up to India and the leftists are desperate and trying to go back to the pre-liberalised India and talking to us about what were the mistakes of the past. We are not talking about past 60 years, we are concerned about the next 100 years.
