Let us be all reminded that an old lady in sixties has been denied bail whose crime was that someone told him to keep a bag for ah hour or so...and she had no idea what it contained. !
But judges deemed it fit to grant bail to one who knowingly illegally prcured AK47, kept it hidden, and then illegally tried to destroy it.
