Rules are for everybody, including you Mr Minister
by Karthik Kumar on Jun 05, 2007 11:00 AM

Like many others who are in the Government, Mr Ravi thinks that laws and rules apply only to the 'people' and not to the rulers. Perhaps Mr Ravi should know that those who make laws should first follow them.

Like every other institution the Guruvayoor temple too has rules and Mr Ravi and his family should have followed them.

In fact, in his arrogance, Mr Ravi and his family chose to flout the temple's rules and is now blaming his trespass on Brahmins.

Mr Ravi, should perhaps be excommunicated like some other religions do, when they wilfully break their religious laws. Maybe then he will really learn what breaking rules is all about!
