RE:Kode - Do you deserve appreciation?

I am not degrading Mr. Kode but trying to highlight the fact which cannot be buried...
1. The case took more than a decade which is a tight slap on the face of the Judiciary Sytem.
2. Why the cases of high profile mumbai politicians (who were responsible for mass killings before the blast)had immediate verdict?
3. Not a single person was sentenced to death nor anybody was held responsible?
4. Bold decisions are appreciated if its same for the high profile politicians and a common citizen...
