Justice Kode has proved that before law, every- one is equal, without exception. An attempt was made in the press & TV by highlighting that Rs. 50 cr of Bollywood money was riding on Sanjay Dutt. To influence the pending judgment , this figure magically climbed to 100cr on the day of judgment ! Of late, rich people have been able to get away with lighter sentences, like the driver, who drove over people in Mumbai yet got away with a 6 months sentence recently or a similar rich teenage boy in Delhi, who did like- wise & tried to wash away all evidence on his Mercedes,in a hurry. While thousands expressed sympathy for Sanjay Dutt, not one spared a thought for the several innocents killed in the Mumbai blasts. Justice Kode brought in realism in people's expectations. He is definitely our next Presidential material to clean up the prevalent corrupt system. Full marks to him.
