Does this mean that the file will now come to Patil Tai? Lets see what she does. Am sure she would sit on it or pardon him (depending on what Sonia wants) to ensure that Muslim Vote Bank of Congress does not get impacted. In that case, it be a slap on Shiv Sena for being a traitor.
