It is obvious from the interview that there were impediments, purposely put forth by the UPA government, and an incompetent Home Ministry resulting in President Kalam's decision on Afzal Guru. Even the President rule in Bihar was a unique process where PM Manmohan Singh spoke bunch of lies which led to the dissolution of the State assembly. Dr. Kalam has aptly spoken and it will take another 1000 years before the country is free from the tainted politicians who have their own axe to grind. Even people like Dr. Manmohan Singh now stands arms in arms with the tainted, and hence his own stature is blemished. God save India.
