Dear Nagraj, If u r saying by removing dam at mettur only will avoid hurdles to that holy river, shouldnt u think that the other may demand dismantling all dams (there are more than 10 dams across Cauvery in Karnataka from the its originating place). As we are involved in construction of dams, we cant think of destruction to any structure. China has improved a lot by linking of rivers I dont think there are not much narrow minded persons who objected that proposal. Tell me, if there is proposal between u and UP to link Ganga with Cauvery, should nt u accept that offer. It clearly shows difference between Narrow minded person to a broad thinker
