Veerappa Moily is a learned literary man and respected fis literary talents. As a politician, he is ranked very low. As CM of Karnataka, his leadership failed miserably. As Chairman of the ARC, he did the greatest disserevice to the nation by enhancing the strenth of Central and State Cabinets to 15% of the strenth of the Lok Sabha or a State Assembly from the previous 10% figure.
