Congress is a loser since these kind of politics has come in these regions. nore that dravidian politics started in 60s in TN after which congress has never come to power there, same will be true in gujarat also now. till a congress leader emerges who is able to break the shackles of regional politics and cut across religious, caste and north-south lines, the situation will remain the same.
