The Rt. Hon. Mr. Abhishek Singhvi says and I quote 'Modi's victory does not remove the blot or invalidate all that had happened during the 2002 riots under his chief ministership'.
May I add, that the Congress's victory in 2004 doesn't validate all that happened in 1984 when the Congress was in power.
