99 Muslims charged for Godhra train burning under POTA are still under trial in jails, several Muslims are under detention on trial for Akshardham attack, a number of Muslims are under trial for terrorism related charges pertaining to Mumbai train blasts, Varanasi blasts, etc.etc. So thats about Muslims allagedly involved in terrorism. Now tell me why is Modi escot free, continuing to be CM even after the supreme court the human rights commission, the citizen's tribunal (most of these forums are represented by Hindus) made numerous observations agaainst Modi, and established his role in state sponsored riots against innocent Muslims hundreds of kilometres away from Godhra, who had nothing to do with that incident.. If there is a terror attack, there is a whole enforcement and legal system to deal with it. if elected representatives would start sponsoring ethenic riots against its own people will that not bestate terrorism.
