Timing of the article

Rediff really looks like anti-BJP or anti-Modi whatever you call it. I dont understand the timing of such article. This looks too one sided... there should be a counter view as well. Its not just Govt. which to be blamed for lack of amenities in any area be it muslim/hindu dominated
