A nice idea. Thank you. Supplementary suggestions are: 1. Union and State Governments must disassociate themselves from religeous endowments to Waqf Board and charity to Madrasa education; 2. Islamic population should be separately assessed through social scrutiny to ostracise a few for whom the whole community is blamed; 3. Greater emphasis on cultural unification, like music drama sports etc. among people of all communities can also provide a better scaffolding strength. Rabi Kanungo Intellectual Forum.
