The main problem is that muslims never accepted India as their homeland. For them, their ummah is paramount. They want to build a global DAR-UL-ISLAM. This real agenda gets manifested in various ways. Babri mosque demolition n presumed oppression of muslims by west are mere smoke-screens.Muslim's loyalty always lies with their religion and UMMA not with the land which nourished them, be it India, UK, USA or France. I think extre-territorial loyalty, intolerance towards other religion are more or less genetic to them. Before, pointing fingures towards others they should think about what they have done in the medieval times. Forced conversion and inhumane treatment towards hindus were order of the day. But, hindus are liberal enough to forget those uncomfortable past but muslims are yet to find themselves as a part and parcel of Composite culture of India.
