You are absolutely rite, in terms of infrastructure we (INDIA) is far behind the Europe / US / why say very much far behind the Middle East (GULF) where most of the People are Indians working in these sectors, and it cannot be done in India (We have the source & resourses) If cannot be done by the GOVT, Please PRIVATISE, there are Big Shots waiting to Grab the Opportunities..
