Certainly i agrees with author's views.we can not ride two horses at the same time,peace process with a country which is not only harbouring terrorists in fact nurturing them with all means. In fact destroying the training camps,as well as other resources with mightier hands can only work.Because request to hand the guilty in earlier attacks has been on the deaf ear.
