This is handi-work of some Islamic organization, but you should also remember is these very same organizations were funded by US themself in there longer term persuit to check the growth of India/China/Russia.
US is the biggest arm supplier in the world, they supply arms openly to countries and secretly to the armed organization to create such kind of attack.
