The author had said, "As I said, I loathe strikes. But what answer would you give should the doctors, the nurses, and even the karamcharis of the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences ask you for an alternative route, when they have seen that even the prime minister is helpless?"
For that we have judiciary and diplomats. Strikes should be the last way.
