What the Dutch did was perfectly correct.I myself have been a witness to the irresponsible behaviour of our indians on international flight.I was once taking an Air-India flight from Calicut to Dubai. One of the passengers was smoking a cigarette on the aircraft inspite of the announcement that it was a non-smoking aircraft.Inspite of repeated requests of the airhostess,he continued to smoke on the aircraft and finally had to be warned by a male staff of the cabin crew. These passengers act like they are travelling by a city bus. They buy plenty of items from the duty free shop all of which do not fit into the overhead cabins and they place these items on the narrow aisle without a second thought to inconvenience caused to the other passengers. The 12 uncouth fellows on the NWA flight should have been given stricter punishment for their unruly behaviour. And after doing all this they use their religion and ethnic origin as a weapon against against the Dutch authorites.3 salutes to the dutch airmarshalls for handling the manner in a quick and responsible way.
