Apology must be demanded but a point to ponder.

What the Dutch did is hurting and they need to apologize to the people whom they abused.

I travel frequently and I found that there is a difference in the way some of our people travel. They like to communicate and move around in the flight. Most flights to India, even before landing passengers get ready to disembark. I have seen people pulling down luggage, while descending. Some passengers exchange seats, use cell phone inside aircrafts and make unnecessary movements especially when they take a couple of drinks and am sure any cabin crew would agree to this. This behavior can arouse. This attitude must change. I believe that people should show some patience and care for others around.

However, all this never warrants a treatment of this nature. Apology should be demanded from the Dutch government and I believe the Air carrier should not be allowed to land in India.
