He is not a messiah
by Ashish Vats on Apr 28, 2006 08:43 AM

I would like to say something about all this hype in media now a days about rahul gandhi taking charge of UP now.I dont think in couple of days he will bring the fortune to the dead already congress in yesteryears stronghold of congress party.I would say here he needs a team of young as well as expereinced politicians who have the courage to change the backward state into a well developed state.Even Rahul gandhi has to concentrate not only on the obc/or minority votes to come to congress fold, but also the upper caste votes which after 1992 demolition and so many incidents went to BJP's side. They no longer think that congress is the party which takes care of their rights. It is whether the case of now in news reservation which the congress is planning to introduce in the parliament session, but the political matters such as to support the much currput lalu govt in Bihar. So he has to look forward and analyse that what are the factors that once stronghold of party UP is not giving them what they deserve.UP has produced almost 6 prime ministers only from congress party itself still not able to catch the peoples mind.Still i think that he is young energetic and can serve up people.
