There are many people who are saying that Jaane Tu sucks big time, (I AM NOT ONE OF THEM, I ENJOYED IT), there are people who are complaining of headache.they are complaining-because the very first day they got to hear from “all critics” that this movie is very good while LS Sucks-there is not a single thing good in LS-AND SO THEY CHOSE Jaane Tu-and now, they are saying-why so much hype, its the same story we saw 1000 times earlier, imraan can’t act, he is toooo sweet….blah blah- THIS IS THE POWER OF MARKETING AND HYPE.
JAANE TU is a VERY VERY GOOD MOVIE, Even without hype, it would definitely been a hit. But if you look at the events that happened on 4 July within 3 hours of release of both movies, anyone can see that There was a kind of “pushing” of people away from theatres playing LS 2050 and towards theatre playing Jaane Tu..this helped Jane Tu.. tremendously. (No wonder, Aamir patched up with Amitabh so conveniently, Aamir and Imraan ousted Harman from Dus ka Dum,Amitabh and Amir’s pic on the JAANE TU Premiere,Amitabh promoting this movie on his blog, even Shobha De promoting this on her columns-slowly building up..)
Go ahead, FORGET ALL CRITICS, SEE BOTH THE MOVIES, THEY ARE BOTH VERY GOOD AND VERY DIFFERENT MOVIES-IMRAAN AND HARMAN BOTH ARE HERE TO STAY AS BIG STARS!
