Yes you are absolutely right. I would like to inform you that whatever you have said is correct and observed by many people. We had lots of disscussion on HR and most people are agreed with your saying. And sir HR is not a single person of this catagory, in todays world you will find many person of this kind who farcibly wants to make themselves superstars and popular. They always used to praise themselves and public knows but still they managed to get short term popularity and we can say that this is negative popularity. Few more example are Rakhi sawant,Sourabh ganguli,Lalu yadav, Manishankar Ayyer, Amar singh etc.In day to day life also we can find such people and most of them manages to get success by loudly praising themselves all the time.
