He created a whole drama to make Debojeet win. that episode what the trigger to make people vote for Debojeet for sympathy. Everyday Ismail used to tell stories of Debojeet how he is earning is living, his wife cried on the sets to get sympathy of the indian junta. So dont blame HR again.
