I have a fantastic idea for Congs. It is only possible for UPA Govt. Sell the fuel based on their cast!!! (U need a valid/authorized cast certificate when u go to a petrol bunk) 1)Hindu's ---Rs 100/liter 2)Muslims --- Rs 2 to 5/liter 3)Christians -- Rs 1 to 0.5/liter (further subsidy is available if u have an Italian connection) 4) ST -- No cost 5)SCs -- Govt. will give Rs 10 if you fuel your vehicle.
