Dear Mr.Laluji I am a common man and I don't understand the budget so very well,However I still find travelling in a Mumbai Local is like travelling in Hell like condition.Would you pl tell us as to when are the people of mumbai like me will get relief from all that we go thru on a daily basis.I don't see anything that has been declared to be done for the Mumbai Local's.If this is wat you call it a populist budget than I am sure you dont get any vote from the Mumbai Local train travellers at all.
