Dear Shujat Mirza,
Why does not Ratan Tata buy land from the open market?
What is the obligation of any State Govt to provide free or subsidised land, water, etc?
Is Ratan Tata selling Nano cars at subsidised rates to the public? No!
The cars that are sold to Govt are less by the excise duty, a duty anyway that goes to the GOvt.
Why organisations like Infosys expect Govt lands at subisidised rates? WHy do they build five star hotels for their executives on Govt lands?
If Ratan Tata is such a free market advocate, why does not he buy land from open market at market determined prices?
