It not the IIT's we need but what we need is institutes which adheres to better quality of education , infrastructure & less of politcs . We need institutes
Which follows to strict schedules as in IIT's Yearly schedule is given a year earlier and NO deviation is allowed from the original one.
We need best Quality of teachers which again needs the govt to invest more in research activities, Stipends of research scholars to be increased so that the cream come for research oriented activities. Today IIT are only known for the Btech who pass out , can I ask why after doing the Btech most of the people leave for states for further studies ?
We need the industries to be more closely related to the educational institutes to research may be more
industry oriented and not only for research purpose.
Still after 50 years of independence we are still dependent on the developed countries for technology .
Can I ask why I need to go MIT for phd and not MIT graduate degree holders come to India for further studies ?
