I agree with both Rajeev and True voice. I have personally seen both the cases.



But since the topic is about girls/women avoiding/handling stalkers, they will have to be equip themselves. Draw as less attention as possible and avoid any actions or gestures that wakes these beasts up (This might mean loss of freedom, but need to be compared as a mosquito net). For rogues, deal harshly with initial advances, and ensure that there is a full stop to everything. For more sensible/sensitive more often than not it is more appropriate to talk them out af these feelings. In both the cases, early treatment is the key.



Usually males are very less emotional and it is very rare that they have true love, hence it is very difficult for them to come out of a true love. So, instead of waiting for them to emotionally get attached and then rejecting, it is far better to cut it off early.



Then there will be guys who have absolutely no love but just lust or greed on women, these should be reported to local authorities.
