We can celebrate V-day with husband/wife or boyfriend(s)/girlfriend(s) (iff you are unmarried... :)). In western countries they will change the girl friends/boy friends every year. To show them that they love too much, they will celebrate v-day. They also celebrate parents day, mom'd day and father'day, etc this is because at least once in a year they will remember about parents or be them. BUT in our indian culture we stay with Parents even after marriage but in certain condition due to Job we may have to stay in someother city but we will not forget our parents, we celebrate the major festivals with parents and relatives. We have strong culture.
The people who are reading this know how is our work and personal life. How we are managing our time to spend time with our loved ones. We can celebrate V-day as a special day to express love and affection towards husband/Wife/boyfriend/girlfriend. Again there are different ways of expressing your love may be by spending the whole day with them, taking to a new place, a trip, a picnic, a new restaurant, etc etc..
I know whatever may be we will not leave our Indian culture. It is in our genes and nerves.... :).
