yes,I agree with the do not surfing on duty timings,Wasted duty time near about 25% time in a day.I think this much wasted in office hours will affect on speed up workforce.
It will be usefull on non duty for friendship or anything.Mostly people are using on duty time only by neglecting their work due to that our export and energitic values are decreased.
