I had an Airtel data card for my personal internet requirement. My bill plan was 349 per month and i never exceeded my allotted 500 MB usage. August last year airtel billed into my accound 18,000 Rs of ISD charged from no where. I contacted their customercare thousand times and I could only get the amount reversed on 3 months time. Then too there were charges like interst every month on that amount the rental they charged even after deactivating my data card number. Even after 6 months I couldnt get them to reverse these charges and I had to close the connection. Such is the state of affairs in Airtel Bangalore.
