Dating & Indian culture.
by Ravindra Yadav on Dec 22, 2008 04:06 PM

A man opened a cattle farm and bought 20 she calfs. He waited for 2-3 years but nothing yielded. He consulted a master. The master advised him to have an ox with the calfs. So he did.Next morning he again came to the master and told his anxiety. The master asked him to see how the young calfs were happy with the ox.Nature has never allowed to keep the man and woman seperate. In our so called Indian culture man are untouchable to a woman. So is the case with the man. What we have found after having seperate girls schools, seperate girls hostel and so boys schools and boys hostels.Had it been a fair and rational system there would have been no problem of elbowing, eve teasing etc.But the more restrictions we put ,we see more abuses. There could have been no dating if we would allow to mix boys and girls freely and educate them adequately about the sex and STD and AIDS.The scientific knowledge given to them will yield better results and the abuses on either sex will be eliminated.Morning news are full of 'rapes' etc. on the front pages publicised by the media colourfully. It will be no 'news' item then.Pornography, sexual 'masala' in films , bar girls etc.will loose business if we could implement the themes & wisdom in spirit of the engravings on our temples of 'KHAJURAHO' and 'ELLORA" "ELEPHANTA" etc.
