hi... i too got the mentioned details as mail.. chkd it outtoo... there is a rule as the person can decide that he may not vote... but couldn't find details stating that the candidature of contestent will be cancelled... downloaded the whole pdf from the site (it is the guidelines set up for the last elections actually)...can anybody confirm whether the candidature really is cancelled... if not how can we get the details whether it is true??/.. anybody has any idea????
