I have recently started dieting with help from a professional dietician and believe me it works better that way only. u get to lose weight and the added bonus is u get to know wht is healthy to eat.i wud say dont lose weight for anyone.just do it bcoz u want to do it, bcoz it pleases u but dont overdo. losing weight should not be done for cosmetic reasons, it is essential for good health to hav a balanced weight.we all know the basics for dieting but what we forget is that its not about going on crash diet,losing 10 kgs in a month and then gaining again as u start your routine. get to know what's good for your health and follow it lifelong. keep rocking!!!!
