I agree with u RJ. This is all happening because of the lack of knowledge. Gals want to be thin but don't wanna work out. I hate the gals who diet. They donno what to eat n what not to be healthy. I ate lots of ghee, butter every day but I maintain a proper BMI.Parents have to make their children understand how important these foods r to keep the body fit. Gals think that these are fattening so stop eating these stuff and look like one stick and get into the illusion of having miss universe figure ;)
