as a gal , i m not really all dat despo 2 reduce weight coz i m neither thin nor fat , must confess dat i dont hv an hour glass figure so may b i wud luv 2 shed off 3-4 kgs but not more than dat , n i m a big foodie so crash deiting is out of question , i can give up sweets , colas n chips but cant give up food completely,i wud die if i did dat , no kidding !
