thx to rediff, shobha and the inimitable Mr. Raju for guiding the wannabe enterpreneurs... i think this should not be the end but a start of series of articles...i need more info on what should be the critical contents of the business plan, how are the voting rights and profits are decided betn the VC and the enterpreneur...etc...keep it going guys..
