Well I start my day with about 4to5 glasses of water empty stomach..During the day I easily consume another 10 glasses of water followed by 4to6 more before and after meals..What is surprising is that I don't feel thirsty but just drink water as I breathe and all these 20 to 22 glasses of water never ever make feel that I am full..I just don't know where does it all go but I just feel comfortably drinking more and more of water, fluids. This is besides about six cups of tea and a couple of drinks. In all the intake of fluids must be around 30 glasses of 250 ml size each. And this has practically been my routine since I crossed out my teens. I don't remember if I drank just as much during my college days too. Some people have been advising me of late that drinking water in excess like this is as bad as drinking less than 6 to 7 glasses a day but I can't yet accept it. One good thing that I experience in addition is that perhaps this has enabled me to survive practically on just one modest but very nutritious meal a day so far all my 52 years of age. In any case our body is 75 percent plus of water and therefore I think I do right taking 7.5 kgs of water n less than 1/4th its solids
