Ever since I started using Internet, I am an ardent user of your Esteemed "Rediffmail.com". Many have come, many have gone and many are still existing, but the type of presentation done by Rediff.com is laudable. Be it Science, be it politics, or be it Cinema/ Sports, whatever.. everything is quite informative.
I did learnt a lot from the above mentioned article "Business chatting". to a great extent these are applicable in personal mailing and chatting too. "PLEASE GIVE AN ARTICLE IN PERSONAL MAILING" also and educate us.
