the best street food at cheapest prices is available at Himachal Sweet House, South Moti Bagh Market (Opp. Mother dairy), New Delhi. This is basically sweet shop which serves a yummy breakfast of chole-puri on sunday mornings (only). The puris are filling (the oil is good) and the chole is excellent (unlimited) like home made, very less spicy and no oil!! along with which comes a onion spicy salad. prices for Rs. 12/- a plate after which you can relish a small dose of jalebis for Rs. 5/- plus a cup of tea for Rs. 2/- (still saves Rs. 1). You can also try his samosas (Rs. 3/- per piece) which is excellent and available 24X7. the crust is thin and the filling is yum!! wont cause a heartburn. A must have!!!!
